I’ve been considering taking
Actilis 20 mg (tadalafil) daily for ongoing performance benefits no need to plan around sex times. Heard it lasts up to 36 hours, so it seems ideal. But what are the real pros and cons?
Pro: spontaneity and longer windows.
Con: possible side effects headache, back pain, indigestion? I’m also curious about long-term safety and whether daily dosing increases tolerance. Has anyone here used Actilis daily? Did it improve your sexual life, and were there any downsides? Would love your real insights—daily Actilis, yay or nay?
